Purposes:
The mchine is mainly applied to electric power enterprises and industrial and mining enterprises. It conducts vacuum degassing, dewatering and purifying treatments as well as adsorbing and regenerating treatments to the unqualified insulating oil for transformers, sensors, switches, etc.
Technical Characteristic:
1) The machine uses technologies of high-efficiency fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification, adopts German advanced trinity chain protection device, infrared liquid level control, automatic temperature control and safety interlock system. It has multiple functions which can be operated together as well as separately, i.e., all the functions can be chosen arbitrarily. The machine also possesses vacuum filling function.
2) The machine applies both physical and chemical ways to achieve that all the physicochemical indexes of the treated oil reach the national standards.
3) The machine possesses exclusive patent technology with multiple functions including automatic infrared controlling, circulating, heating, vacuum separating, molecular adsorbent regenerating, vacuum filling, transformer drying, etc. It can remove rapidly the gas, moisture, mechanical impurities to make sure no acetylene and nitrogen in the treated insulating oil. It can also remove organic cement, micro-powder, oxide, uncombined carbon and reduce dielectric loss, improve oil quality and resume the original characteristics of the insulating oil.
4) The machine adopts German advanced trinity protection device and has functions of infrared liquid level control and automatic oil temperature control to guarantee safe and stable operation.
